The ceremony was safely over and Anton and Gisele headed back the village first.

They would now be investigating Selesina’s blessings after this so Selesina, Hisui, Odette Soratek with his entourage were left behind. The would be able to speak to the people of the great shrine from noon tomorrow so they were free until then.

Selesina returned to her room with Hisui and Odette and informed them of her schedule for the day.

“I would like to look around for a bit since we’re finally at the great shrine. This place is not dangerous so both of you don’t need to attend to me.”

“I’m Lady Sele’s butler so I’ll go with you.”

Selesina smiled at the tow of them who felt that it was only natural for them to be with her.

‘I was thinking about completing the quests of the great shrine though………..’

She was wondering what to do.

It was obviously not a problem if the two of them were with her but they might winder about why she was doing certain things.

They may get slightly suspicious of her or they may not.

‘Well, let’s see………..’

They were doing a favor to her so she would accept it wholeheartedly.

“Then let us all look around together. We’ll be attending the blessing ceremonies in the small shrine in the country hereafter so we may not be coming here again.”

“Yes!”

Odette and Hisui energetically replied to Selesina’s words.

There were several quests that she could do now.

The 1st one that she would take up was praying at the shrine. It was a simple quest that required her to pray at the prayer hall on the 1st floor.

“I would like to pray first. It’s generally open during the day so anyone can use the prayer hall.”

“Waa, the atmosphere is really solemn.”

Odette gave her impression after seeing the prayer hall.

It was unlike the ceremonial hall with light flooding in through the stained glass. The structure was similar to a church with chairs prepared for those that wished to sit and pray.

Selesina sat down and began to slowly pray.

‘Please make my tree grow splendidly and make the village prosper. Please make it a bigger town!’

She wanted to be greedier but this was all that she would say.

“Lady Sele, what are you praying for?”

“……….I’m praying for the health of the people in the village.”

She smiled and replied to Hisui’s question.

It wasn’t a lie since the prosperity of the village included the health of the villagers, Selesina confirmed within her heart.

“Let’s ask the priest and the shrine maiden to pray for Selin village next.”

“For the village………..thank you Lady Sele.”

It was for the quest but Odette was touched. Selesina smiled and said ‘Of course.’

When you get the priest/shrine maiden to pray for you, the yield of the harvest will increase. It was a very useful quest for managing territory.

‘Once it’s over, a dazzling quest would be over.’

There were others as well but they were quite difficult to implement. 

For example –

Touching the great tree of the shrine.

Reading the prayer book that no one other the priest or shrine maidens can read.

The game truly ended when the withered great tree hidden deep within the shrine was sealed.

Soratek and the Heroine combined their powers in the game to seal it and bring about the ending.

She suddenly realized.

‘If Lord Soratek and the Heroine don’t get together then this world might probably end?’

That’s a huge problem.

It was at a completely different scale compared to the ending where Selesina kills Soratek and the heroine and then kills herself.

“It really wasn’t a good idea to let Lord Soratek come along right…………?”

It would have been better if he had stayed back in the country and fostered his relationship with the heroine. Selesina was regretting it now.

“Lady Sele, is something the matter?”

Hisui asked Selesina who seemed worried about something. Selesina shook her head no and didn’t give away anything. 

“I’ll do the procedure to get the priest and shrine maiden to pray so please wait a bit.”

“Thank you.”

Selesina sighed in relief after expressing thanks to the receptionist.

‘With this, I will complete the quests that I can do right now!’

She wanted to complete the other ones as well but it was difficult to do even if she were to use her titles like Lord, the Marquis’s daughter, or the crown prince’s fiancé.

Thanks to the game, she knew the geography if the inside of the temple very well so it would be easy to sneak in……..but the chances of her getting caught were high.

Selesina bowed and Hisui and Odette followed.

“Let’s start the prayer.”

Angie rand the bell in her and after saying that. It was the same sound like the one in the ceremony of blessings. A clear and beautiful sound.

When Selesina came here a long time back, her father told her that it was rung in order to let the Gods know about their whereabouts.

The sound of the bell rang and Angie opened the prayer book.

‘Ah, this quest uses that book too.’

She thought that it was only used at the ceremony of blessings. She was happy that she had more opportunities to see it compared to what she had believed. Perhaps she would even get a chance to read it—-

“I serve the Sun God Saul. I pray for your blessings for the living. Please bestow your blessings and mercy onto Selin village in the kingdom of Albard.”

Angie extended out the prayer and closed the book. A pillar of faint light extended up to heaven and disappeared.

The prayer completed safely.

“The prayer is over.”

“Thank you very much.”

It took only about 10 minutes.

The payment for the prayer is 10000000 Luz. There was no way that Selin village could pay that kind of money right now so it went from Selesina’s pocket. 

She intended to collect it once the village developed further.

After Angie left the room, Selesina decided to return back to her room……….

She wanted to quickly check the Asgarl system so it couldn’t be helped.
